Rob trained at Barnsley Art School, Sheffield Granville College and Preston Polytechnic before working for several top design agencies in London.

Rob started RMA in 1987 and, apart from a 6 month flirtation with a start-up agency (20/20) the following year, has been head of RMA ever since.

Jamie Harrison – Senior Designer

Joined RMA straight from SCAT in 2000. Jamie worked alongside Rob and then senior designers, Fai Lueng and Pete Thompson, before making the senior position his own over the last 6 years.

Stints as a chicken plucker, abatoir operative and trifle packer all help keep Jamie focused on the design world.

Eileen Martin – Finance

Has kept the finances in order for the last 12 years while having and bringing up 3 girls.

Eileen manages the money – salaries, pensions, VAT, Inland Revenue, accountant, purchases and the bank.
